I don't believe it!!!

I really don't. Great prints at under $10/yd., where have you been all my life!!! It's seems to good to be true, and I think I may just have to buy a yard to see for myself...

**You can find these prints at BuyFabrics.com , and I can't take credit for finding this great source on my own, I actually became aware of it when I stopped into UrbanGraceInteriors blog...**

Keywest in Chocolate, $8.95/yd.

(Doesn't this resemble an inverted version on Lulu DK's outdoor fabric called Madison, shown here...)

Marbella in black, $8.95/yd

Kimono in Olive, $8.95/yd.

Keywest in yellow, $8.95/yd

Wow, I guess being in the industry, I'm a bit accustomed to using fabrics that are at least $60 +/yd. and I don't think anything of it... What do you think of these? Are these pretty good prints for the price?

Happy Friday!! Hope you have a great weekend!!

Hey girl:

Thanks for this new source... I look everywhere for fabric and try to never use the high end stuff unless I'm getting it at discount prices...it just depends on what a client wants and how much fabric you need...I try to save them a bit and make a bit more also....keep sourcing for the best price... hi, erika... {urban grace interiors blogger} here! :) just scrolling thru Google Reader and saw my shout-out... thank you. i couldn't believe my eyes either when i saw those fabrics. i splurged for the LuLuDK (real deal) on that trellis- but it's fun to share "steals" with design lovers with "normal" budgets.
have a great weekend!!!

Acutally Pink, Erika used the LuluDK fabric which looks fab on her sofa!! But she did a post a while back about these inexpensive finds.
